Comfun will not open: prepare a useful support report

Confirm which app is affected

Use the related app profile to match the package and current store destination. A similar name alone does not establish identity.

Record the failure

Write the device, Android version, app version if available, and the point at which loading stops. Describe any visible message without adding a guessed cause.

Preserve the setup

Read Comfun’s current recovery guidance before clearing data or reinstalling. This article has not reproduced a startup failure and does not claim that a reset will fix it.

Choose the right recipient

Use the support contact on the current publisher listing. Our website contact form is for editorial corrections and cannot recover a game account.

If you suggest a correction

Include the source, date and exact observation. Keep credentials and verification codes out of screenshots or messages.
