Use the app profile to identify the developer label and package. Then note the selected mode and app version when available.
Locate the actual instructions
Find the mode’s own help, rule or tutorial screen. Do not infer a rule solely from a familiar card or button icon.
Make a small record
Write the input, expected result and observed feedback for one supported task. Keep a publisher claim separate from a device observation.
Ask a useful question
Include the mode, version and relevant visible label when requesting help. Never include passwords, verification codes or payment details.
